StreetOdds.com is operated by Ratcliff Holdings LLC (Hawaii) and is a free public beta. When you vote, we store the question, your certainty percentage (0–100%), a one-way salted hash of your IP address (used only to help prevent duplicate voting — your raw IP is not stored), and a timestamp. We use your browser’s localStorage (not cookies) to remember which questions your device has voted on. We do not use analytics or visit tracking during the beta.
We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, accounts, passwords, or payment information during the beta. We do not build profiles or sell personal information. Third parties that may process technical data (such as IP or browser info) in delivering the site include Supabase (backend), Google Fonts, Chart.js via public CDNs, and Stripe (for the future paid version only — no payment is collected during the beta). There is no wagering, no staking of money, no payouts, and no settlement; nothing of redeemable value is won or lost.
